Prepared for Nuritas

Category Authority

Up the chain. From an ingredient people buy to the name they look for.

July 2026

How we see you

The science is a decade ahead.
The shelf it sits on is not.

Two Nuritas

The mismatch

The lab on Dawson Street, the AI platform and the people in it look like a frontier science company. The products end up beside six pound supplements that promise the same things and prove none of them. Everything below follows from closing that gap.

Proven in humans

What nobody else can say

Bioactive peptides proven in human clinical trials, including work run with Stanford Sports Medicine. In a market built on claims, evidence is the entire differentiator, and at the moment it is the quietest thing about you.

Unnamed

The space nobody owns

Above the tub of powder that anyone can make, below the prescription and the needle. There is a real category there for evidenced, ingestible peptides and no one has named it, defined it or claimed the authority to speak for it.

Caught up

Why now, after sixteen years

You were doing this before AI was a category anyone marketed. Now the science, the interest and the technology have arrived where you already were, and you have ten years of knowing how to actually get an ingredient to market. That is an inflection point, and it needs saying out loud.

The Ask

Move up the chain. Become the name inside.

FIRST: THE INGREDIENT BRAND

Intel inside, for functional food and beauty.

Some ingredients earn enough trust that the brand using them puts the name on the front of the pack. Creatine and collagen suppliers did it. Kerry built a world-leading business on it, out of Ireland. That is the position: one parent brand carrying the proof, rather than several product names competing with each other for attention they cannot individually earn.

THEN: THE AUTHORITY

The people the serious buyers ask about peptides.

Europe first, because regulation is an advantage here rather than an obstacle, and because a story told from a European science base carries further with the buyers who matter than the same story told from New York. Coverage out of London, into the trade and business press where procurement and partnership decisions actually get made.

The Approach

Four things worth doing.
You own them. We make them land.

00 · How to read this

Recommendations, not a production contract

These are the activities we think are worth running. You decide which of them you want and you own them. Our job is the part either side: making sure the right people come, that it is covered while it happens, and that someone makes sense of it afterwards. That is exactly what we did across the first five years of Intercom, and it is where an agency actually earns its money.

01 · Teaching

A series that makes Nuritas the explainer

Intercom built enormous authority running On Product, a plain teaching series that made them the people who explained the category. The same applies here. Virtual and in person, aimed at formulators, brand teams and the trade, with Nora doing what she does better than anyone, which is explaining the science honestly and without hype. We build the audience, place the coverage around it and turn each session into something that keeps earning.

02 · The lab

Dublin as the thing people have to see

The lab is more persuasive than any trade stand, and cheaper. A working press and partner tour, with a virtual version for the people who cannot travel. Bring the right journalists and the right buyers into the room where the discovery actually happens and let it do the work. We handle who comes, what they leave understanding and what gets written.

03 · Convening

Own the room, not just a stand at someone else’s

A Nuritas-convened event on evidenced peptides, with the serious end of the market in the room. If Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk are discussing the clinical high end, the company that convened the conversation is the one the market remembers. We handle the invitations, the press before, during and after, and the follow-through.

04 · Moments

The announcements you already have coming

The new Chief Brand Officer appointment is a genuine business story and it is ready now, before any rebrand. It sets the tone for what follows and proves the machine works. Then the milestones after it, each planned as a campaign rather than a single day.

Investment

Six months. Judged at a hundred days.

€10,750 / month

Monthly retainer

A six month engagement at a flat monthly fee, EUR 64,500 in total, exclusive of VAT. Reviewed formally at one hundred days, with everything we have committed to below measured against what actually happened. If we cannot show you something real by then, we should not be here for the second half.
